Our Story
The basis of our success is based on variety of fresh homemade products, great portion sizes, quality ingredients and value for money, delivered with great customer service. There aren’t many traditional bakeries left in our areas now so Shelleys fills the gap by using old bakery techniques and recipes to produce unique and delicious bakery fayre.
Weymouth & Dorchester
Shelleys itself has been a Dorset bakery for forty years having originated in Weymouth before moving to Dorchester. The business then traded at over 15 markets and trade shows in four counties, together with supplying numerous hotels, restaurants, shops and even private schools.
Highcliffe & Lymington
Shelleys moved to Lymington Road, Highcliffe, in 2019 to continue supplying Dorset and those further afield from those original facilities as well as opening a further store in Lymington, Hampshire.
